The Annual Subscription Fees (ASF) are collected annually from the subscriber. The first maintenance fees are payable after 90 days of enrolment or before availing the first holiday, whichever comes first. The ASF is payable each year, regardless of whether the subscriber avails their holiday during that particular year.
Failure to clear the Annual Subscription Fees (ASF) will be considered a breach of the agreement. In such cases, holidays cannot be utilized until the dues are cleared. If the ASF is not paid, “CLUB AZZURRO INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED” reserves the right to terminate the subscriber’s package. It’s important to note that the ASF is non-refundable, and non-payment of ASF would result in the subscriber no longer being able to access the facilities as per the agreement.
In the event of the main applicant’s death, the entitled package can be transferred to the surviving co-applicant, subject to all liabilities and obligations of the deceased subscriber. The transfer requires the production of a death certificate. If the subscriber dies intestate (without a will), the entitled package will be transferred to the legal heirs upon submission of the death certificate and other required documents as specified by “CLUB AZZURRO INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED.” In all cases, the legal heirs or successors will only be entitled to the unexpired portion of the package and will assume all the liabilities and obligations of the deceased subscriber.
